Nationally Ranked High School Basketball Teams Will Go Head to Head in the 2018 @ARSRescueRooter National Hoopfest Dallas – December 14th & 15th

2018 ARS/Rescue Rooter National Hoopfest (Dallas) benefitting St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital

The ARS/Rescue Rooter National Hoopfest returns to Dallas loaded with powerhouse programs who will go up against some of the top high school basketball teams in the D/FW area. This competitive multi-city high school basketball tournament has yet to disappoint, living up to its much anticipated hype….BUT this year, they’re taking this thing to a whole new level!

Team BBC 2nd Annual Coat Drive in Association w/ Building Blocks for Our Children Inc. and Partnership w/ Spartan Sports & Wellness

Baltimore based youth basketball organization, Team BBC will be coordinating its second annual coat drive this winter in association with Building Blocks for Our Children Inc. and partnership with Spartan Sports & Wellness. Their goal is to collect 300 new or gently used coats, along with socks, blankets, hats, and gloves to distribute to the homeless in their effort to help keep the streets of Baltimore warm this winter.

Last years event was a huge success with over 300 coats and other items being donated. The young men of Team BBC had the opportunity to make a difference in the community by giving out the items to hundreds of homeless people who were in need for a warmer winter.

Team BBC is dedicated to enriching the lives of young men on and off the court. “It’s important that we teach our kids the importance of giving back to the community. We empower them to be better leaders on the court, in school, and in their community.” says, Director Jide Sodipo.
