As the holidays approach, Houston and surrounding cities
are gearing up for the premiere high school hoops showcase that has become one of the longest, lasting go-to events for the Thanksgiving weekend.
Thanksgiving in Texas signifies the gathering of family, friends, indulging in holiday food and the return of one of the longest running high school boys’ basketball tournaments, ‘Texas High School Jamboree”. The much-anticipated event will feature two full days of basketball beginning Friday, November 24th through Saturday, November 25th at Episcopal High School (4650 Bissonnet Bellaire, TX 77401).
Texas Jamboree helps to illustrate why the South is considered a “recruiting hot bed” for high school hoops. For the 16th year in a row, the tournament has delivered a national stage allowing talented individuals to garner exposure and showcase their talents in front of notable college coaches, media, scouts, and their families.
With this years’ lineup of schools and talent, Texas jamboree will continue to give the fans what they’re looking for.
Schedule will be releasing on Monday, October 16th, 2017. Be sure to follow us on twitter @TxJamboree.
